Job Overview

We are currently seeking production workers to join our team!

  • Provide general routine cleaning duties for the production floor to ensure the overall cleanliness of the work environment. 
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations per established company policies.
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as required.
  • Promotes, adheres, and is responsible for Food Safety and Quality.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to read and interpret paperwork in English
  • Must be able to perform basic mathematic calculations (adding and subtracting)
  • Detail oriented with excellent focus on quality
  • Strong ability to work in a fast pace environment while maintaining highest quality standards
  • Good organizational/multitasking skills
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes
  • Must be able to work in cold or hot environment
  • Knowledge of safe food handling and proper sanitation practices
  • Ability to handle high pressure and time sensitive situations
  • Must be able to stand during work shift
  • Must be able to flexible to work in a seniority driven shift environment. Shift hours and days off subject to change
  • Any other duties assigned by your supervisor or team leader

Qualifications

What we need from you:

 

No experience necessary! We provide on-the-job training

Work assigned schedule which may include nights, weekends and holidays

Work overtime when required

Wear Personal Protective Equipment as required
