Incumbent is responsible for the assurance that all production processes meet the personal safety, food safety, quality, cost objectives, and morale for the facility. Responsible for directing process, maintenance and product improvements. Incumbent is responsible for setting and directing production goals that will maintain or improve quality, comply with USDA, QA, OSHA requirements and any other regulatory issues common to the food industry.
