We are looking for safe forklift operators to move packages, finished product and material around our facilities. Oversee, plan, and direct plant production of CTI Foods products on a variety of production lines in the processing departments. Incumbent is responsible for assurance that all production processes meet the food safety, quality, personal safety and cost objectives for the facility. Interpret and enforce company policies; assist in the determination of staffing needs and make recommendations; manage, coach, evaluate and train production supervisors. Incumbent is responsible for achieving production goals that will maintain or improve quality, comply with all federal and state requirements and any other regulatory issues common to the food industry.

The Logistics Manager is responsible for managing and leading the warehouse team (shipping & receiving). Responsible for maintaining inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items in an accurate, efficient manner. Responsible for managing the freezer and shipping and receiving operations, both internal and external, to ensure accurate product rotation and shipments.  Will work to grow the capability of the associates in their area as well as support and promote new reliability tools into the current systems in a way that is meaningful to drive continuous improvement and extraordinary results.

To lead and direct production and maintenance functions for the respective location, while supporting and adhering to the efforts of safety, food safety, supply chain, human resources, and commercialization, in order to meet location’s business objectives as established by the Senior Leadership Team.

The Shipping Inventory Control Specialist will be expected to complete an accurate inventory of raw materials and maintain the report on a daily basis. Inventory and locations of raw materials will be maintained throughout the entire process from receiving material to the end finished product. Receiving material will be one of the primary functions of this position, so accurate tracking of raw materials will be crucial to be successful in this role. This position will require the associate to maintain a close working relationship with all departments while keeping safety and food safety in the fore front of all actions and decisions being made.

Responsible for inspecting freezer equipment, performing basic maintenance duties for freezers, and defrosting freezers as necessary
