The Manager, Human Resources has complete responsibility for providing Plant HR leadership too employees and serve as a business partner to the plant leadership team. This position partners with the leadership team in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating HR activities. This position leads efforts related to positive employee relations and takes a proactive role in shaping the plant environment and culture to encourage continuous improvement, and drive world class results in people, cost, quality, service and environment.
The primary responsibility of the Quality Assurance Technician is to ensure compliance with Company food safety and quality standards for raw materials, processed products, and processing procedures are maintained under minimal supervision.
The Maintenance Manager at the SOUPS facility is responsible for all Maintenance functions necessary to ensure efficient plant operations; manufacturing, utility services, boilers, ammonia refrigeration, compressed air, electrical services, building maintenance, etc. The Maintenance Manager also provides coaching, mentoring and skill development to the maintenance teams in; waste elimination, risk management and life cycle asset management to sustain a proactive, planned-scheduled Maintenance programs.
Oversee and direct plant production of CTI products on a variety of production lines in the Processing departments. Incumbent is responsible for the assurance that all production processes meet the personal safety, food safety, quality, cost objectives, and morale for the facility. Responsible for directing process, maintenance and product improvements. Incumbent is responsible for setting and directing production goals that will maintain or improve quality, comply with USDA, QA, OSHA requirements and any other regulatory issues common to the food industry. Incumbent will lead through both verbal and written communication to the Plant Personnel and upwards in the organization.
The Production Manager will have 24 hour accountability for all business unit results, daily management systems and organizational health. They will be responsible for managing and improving the results within their assigned area to contribute to the overall Saginaw Plant strategies and priorities. The 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor at our SOUPS facility will provide hands-on technical and professional leadership in establishing, refining and administration of equipment reliability and preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and building systems. The Maintenance Supervisor will assist with all maintenance activities to ensure maximum operational potential is realized for the entire plant operation. Assistance with the development, coordination and execution of maintenance related capital budget items in concert with engineering.
Responsible for the safe production and quality of food through the operation, maintenance and sanitation of food production and packaging equipment. May perform the following tasks including lifting, stacking, dumping, pushing and pulling of boxes. Adhere to all GMP, HACCP, safety, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
