The Specialist, Continuous Improvement will lead multiple plants in developing processes to produce food products more efficiently. This role will be required to have strong end to end food manufacturing process background. The success of this role will be measured through improved performance in Food Safety, Quality, and productivity. This role will own target setting and target adjustments of KPIs including Direct Labor, Yield, Throughput, and Pounds per Direct Labor Hour. Target setting will be data based through using tools such as RedZone, Tableau, and Domo. Skill sets such as Lean, 6-Sigma, Continuous Improvement, TQM, and Change Management will be key to the success of this role. This role will work closely with the Plant Director to set up teams to drive improved performance with a target of 2 productivity projects per quarter. The role includes significant time on the Plant Floor. This role will also partner with Engineering to support OEM Design Capacity and work area layout for ease of production, cleaning, and maintenance.
Diagnose malfunctions in production machinery and equipment. Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and equipment, physical structures, plumbing, refrigeration and electrical systems, in accordance with blueprints, schematic drawings, operations manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications.
Night Shift Only ! Hourly rate can range from $20.00 - $32.00 depending on experience! Sunday-Wednesday or Thursday- Sunday (Four 10 hour shifts).
Oversee, plan, and direct plant production of CTI Foods products on a variety of production lines in the processing departments. Incumbent is responsible for assurance that all production processes meet the food safety, quality, personal safety and cost objectives for the facility. Interpret and enforce company policies; assist in the determination of staffing needs and make recommendations; manage, coach, evaluate and train production supervisors. Incumbent is responsible for achieving production goals that will maintain or improve quality, comply with all federal and state requirements and any other regulatory issues common to the food industry.
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating the cryovac machine, monitoring product quality, keeping up with the flow of production, and completing required documentation.
Responsible for the safe production and quality of food through the operation, maintenance and sanitation of food production and packaging equipment. May perform the following tasks including lifting, stacking, dumping, pushing and pulling of boxes. Adhere to all GMP, HACCP, safety, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
The primary responsibility of the Production Technician II is to ensure compliance with Company food safety and quality standards for raw materials, processed products, and processing procedures are maintained under minimal supervision.
Responsible for routinely inspecting equipment and performing basic preventative maintenance duties as necessary or scheduled
The Tub Wash Operator is responsible for keeping all tubs clean/sanitized and ready for use in various production areas.

The Food Safety and Quality Manager provides technical direction, guidance, and support to the Quality Assurance supervisors, Food Safety Specialist, QA Coordinator and staff of technicians at facilities. This position is responsible to ensure we have controls and procedures in place to ensure the manufacture of safe, quality products that meet customer, food regulatory and, CTI requirements. This role has direct communication with customers including but not limited to; audits, product cuttings, complaints, new products and specification changes. This position is the key contact for regulatory personnel for day to day business.
The primary responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Supervisor are to provide leadership to FSQ personnel and ensure compliance with Company food safety and quality standards for raw materials, processed products, and processing procedures are maintained.
The PLC Automation Specialist will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining industrial automation systems, as well as troubleshooting existing systems and providing technical support.

Responsible for directing process, maintenance and product improvements. Incumbent is responsible for setting and directing production goals that will maintain or improve quality, comply with USDA, QA, OSHA requirements and any other regulatory issues common to the food industry. Incumbent will lead through both verbal and written communication to the Plant Personnel and upwards in the organization.
The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for purchasing ingredients and packaging to meet production needs, maintain adequate inventory levels for assigned vendors, managing inventory turns and reducing product spoilage. Must be well organized, detail focused and well able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Place received material in warehouse storage
- The Logistics Receiver supplies production line with all necessary materials
- The Logistics Receiver operates forklift
- Use forklift to move material from storage to production lines and vice versa
- The Logistics Receiver is responsible for accurate and timely completion of recorded and affix pallet tickets

This position will also be responsible for maintenance of the pneumatic, boiler, and wastewater system.
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for all Maintenance functions necessary to ensure efficient plant operations; manufacturing, utility services, boilers, ammonia refrigeration, compressed air, electrical services, building maintenance, etc. The Maintenance Manager also provides coaching, mentoring and skill development to the maintenance teams in; waste elimination, risk management and life cycle asset management to sustain a proactive, planned-scheduled Maintenance programs.
