The Food Safety and Quality Manager provides technical direction, guidance, and support to the Quality Assurance supervisors, Food Safety Specialist, QA Coordinator and staff of technicians at facilities. This position is responsible to ensure we have controls and procedures in place to ensure the manufacture of safe, quality products that meet customer, food regulatory and, CTI requirements. This role has direct communication with customers including but not limited to; audits, product cuttings, complaints, new products and specification changes. This position is the key contact for regulatory personnel for day to day business.
The Parts Associate is responsible for inventory control and work order activities for the maintenance department. Inventory control consistent of maintaining inventory levels, ordering of non-stock items, and ordering of stock by utilizing prescribed minimum and maximum quantities. Work order activities include the close out of reviewed maintenance work orders and generating the upcoming weeks work orders.
Manage and update as required the food safety and quality plans and systems, as well as the data that is both received and generated from them (i.e. HACCP/PC/SSOP/GFSI/RedZone/Intelex) for the facility, as well as training team members as needed in these systems. These systems are critical to regulatory compliance, customer complaints, quality trends and food safety. Ensure factory compliance to BRC standards, customer requirements, and internal programs.

The 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor at our SOUPS facility will provide hands-on technical and professional leadership in establishing, refining and administration of equipment reliability and preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and building systems. The Maintenance Supervisor will assist with all maintenance activities to ensure maximum operational potential is realized for the entire plant operation. Assistance with the development, coordination and execution of maintenance related capital budget items in concert with engineering.
Under supervision responsible for the safe production and quality of food through the operation, maintenance and sanitation of food production and packaging equipment. May perform the following tasks including lifting, stacking, dumping, pushing and pulling of boxes. Adhere to all GMP, HACCP, safety, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
The Logistics Manager is responsible for managing and leading the warehouse team (shipping & receiving). Responsible for maintaining inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items in an accurate, efficient manner. Responsible for managing the freezer and shipping and receiving operations, both internal and external, to ensure accurate product rotation and shipments. Will work to grow the capability of the associates in their area as well as support and promote new reliability tools into the current systems in a way that is meaningful to drive continuous improvement and extraordinary results.
Oversee and direct plant production of CTI products on a variety of production lines in the Processing departments. Incumbent is responsible for the assurance that all production processes meet the personal safety, food safety, quality, cost objectives, and morale for the facility. Responsible for directing process, maintenance and product improvements. Incumbent is responsible for setting and directing production goals that will maintain or improve quality, comply with USDA, QA, OSHA requirements and any other regulatory issues common to the food industry. Incumbent will lead through both verbal and written communication to the Plant Personnel and upwards in the organization.
