The primary responsibility of the Production Technician II is to ensure compliance with Company food safety and quality standards for raw materials, processed products, and processing procedures are maintained under minimal supervision.
The Plant Engineer develops and implements overall plant technical strategies and tactics focused on engineering projects, maintenance and reliability focused improvement programs. Develops and provides leadership to ensure implementation of low loss production systems. Provides solutions to technical problems and recommendations for improvements in production activities and manages the plant technical organization. Develops and leads plant specific engineering and maintenance strategies to achieve key performance goals. Creates and manages all plant technical expense budgets and works with Corporate Engineering to deliver the capital budget. 5-7 years related experience.
Diagnose malfunctions in production machinery and equipment. Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and equipment, physical structures, plumbing, refrigeration and electrical systems, in accordance with blueprints, schematic drawings, operations manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications.
Responsible for inspecting freezer equipment, performing basic maintenance duties for freezers, and defrosting freezers as necessary
The Senior Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the plants business goals and objectives.
The Buyer will be responsible for purchasing ingredients and packaging to meet production needs, maintain adequate inventory levels for assigned vendors, managing inventory turns and reducing product spoilage. Must be well organized, detail focused and well able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
The 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor at our SOUPS facility will provide hands-on technical and professional leadership in establishing, refining and administration of equipment reliability and preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and building systems. The Maintenance Supervisor will assist with all maintenance activities to ensure maximum operational potential is realized for the entire plant operation. Assistance with the development, coordination and execution of maintenance related capital budget items in concert with engineering.
The Analyst, S&OP II is responsible for executing the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning strategy and processes. This may include demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, logistics planning, and facilitation of all data gathering and communications necessary for the S&OP Leadership Team. Will Including leading meetings, business report outs, balancing weekly/monthly rough cut capacity plans, and conducting management review meetings. The S&OP Analyst is also responsible for S&OP process improvement and establishing/reporting related business metrics and acting as a key contributor to procurement plans
