The Maintenance Technician will diagnose malfunctions in production machinery and equipment. Install, repair and maintain machinery and equipment, physical structures, plumbing, refrigeration and electrical systems, in accordance with blueprints, schematic drawings, operations manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications.

Responsible for the safe production and quality of food through the operation, maintenance and sanitation of food production and packaging equipment. May perform the following tasks including lifting, stacking, dumping, pushing and pulling of boxes. Adhere to all GMP, HACCP, safety, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
The Director of R&D for the Kettle Business will lead all product development and innovation initiatives related to kettle-cooked products, including soups, sauces, and other wet-processed foods.
