The Logistics Manager is responsible for managing and leading the warehouse team (shipping & receiving). Responsible for maintaining inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items in an accurate, efficient manner. Responsible for managing the freezer and shipping and receiving operations, both internal and external, to ensure accurate product rotation and shipments. Will work to grow the capability of the associates in their area as well as support and promote new reliability tools into the current systems in a way that is meaningful to drive continuous improvement and extraordinary results.
The primary responsibility of the Quality Assurance Technician is to ensure compliance with Company food safety and quality standards for raw materials, processed products, and processing procedures are maintained under minimal supervision.
Responsible for routinely inspecting equipment and performing basic preventative maintenance duties as necessary or scheduled
Diagnose malfunctions in production machinery and equipment. Installs, repairs and maintains machinery and equipment, physical structures, plumbing, refrigeration and electrical systems, in accordance with blueprints, schematic drawings, operations manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications.

The Manager, Human Resources has complete responsibility for providing Plant HR leadership too employees and serve as a business partner to the plant leadership team. This position partners with the leadership team in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating HR activities. This position leads efforts related to positive employee relations and takes a proactive role in shaping the plant environment and culture to encourage continuous improvement, and drive world class results in people, cost, quality, service and environment.
Manage and update as required the food safety and quality plans and systems, as well as the data that is both received and generated from them (i.e. HACCP/PC/SSOP/GFSI/RedZone/Intelex) for the facility, as well as training team members as needed in these systems. These systems are critical to regulatory compliance, customer complaints, quality trends and food safety.
The Principal Scientist will lead innovation and development initiatives for kettle-cooked products, including soups, sauces, and other wet-processed foods. This role is responsible for driving technical excellence, ensuring food safety compliance, and delivering high-quality, customer-focused solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep food science expertise with hands-on experience in kettle processing and commercialization.
Oversee and direct plant production of CTI products on a variety of production lines in the Processing departments. Incumbent is responsible for the assurance that all production processes meet the personal safety, food safety, quality, cost objectives, and morale for the facility. Responsible for directing process, maintenance and product improvements. Incumbent is responsible for setting and directing production goals that will maintain or improve quality, comply with USDA, QA, OSHA requirements and any other regulatory issues common to the food industry. Incumbent will lead through both verbal and written communication to the Plant Personnel and upwards in the organization.
